Our Keynote Speaker
Chisa O'Quinn
Chisa holds a Masters in Social Work from Portland State University. She has been a Human Services professional for over 20 years with a focus on: Systems Navigation, Community Building, and Diversity initiatives. Chisa is a storyteller and capturer. She brings unique experience and perspective when facilitating, organizing, and leading groups on a national level.
Chisa believes capturing stories is a powerful way to amplify voices to create inclusive spaces and lasting impacts. Chisa's wealth of experience facilitates a nuanced process of change that allows people to be themselves, helps them build their own capacity, and in return build capacity for others.
Through self-discovery and mastery, Chisa coaches people to cultivate their greatest self from what already exists inside them. Chisa’s coaching and facilitation approach is inviting, challenging, and calls forth the very best of the people she works with. She isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo and is willing to walk with people to make necessary and meaningful changes for individuals, organizations, and systems.
